Provide reliable technical assistance to internal andexternal customers. You will provide professional coverage of Technical SupportHelpdesk with a specific focus on PLC-controlled machines and subsystems. Youwill support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. Youwill drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root causeanalysis and replication of technical issues. You will build internalrelationships to expedite complicated cases. You will develop broad understandingof customer needs. You will support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology,and tools. You will help develop Technical Support processes. You will ensureproper documenting and recording of all activity and communication. You willaddress systemic coordination issues.
